Nishit Devani owns and runs new LCL Awards centre, KE Training Ltd in Colindale, North London, specialising in training electrical engineers. Nishit worked as a trainer in a number of centres for eight years before he set up his own business fifteen years ago.

On 2^nd March 2023, the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) announced its next round of funding to accelerate the heat pump roll out, including the Heat Training Grant, which will enable training providers to offer grants of up to £500 to candidates undertaking heat pump training courses.

Ben Bayliss is proud that his training centre, Essex Skills, has recently been awarded LCL Awards’ Inclusivity Charter. The award-winning initiative was introduced by LCL Awards in 2022, to encourage their training centres to be more inclusive and encourage learners from diverse backgrounds.
