The Association of Plumbing & Heating Contractors (APHC) has announced the return of its training awards for 2020, with money off available for some LCL Awards courses.
LCL Awards’ Technical Expert & External Verifier, Steve Humphreys, recently led a session on the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations for CEDA, the Catering Equipment Distributors Association and CESA, the Catering Equipment industry's largest trade organisation. Steve joined others from the catering sector as part of a Service Engineers CPD Forum on 9th October in Cannock in Staffordshire.

This year’s LCL Awards’ Shield has been awarded to Matthew Blance from Shetland, an apprentice at Moray College UHI. Matthew, who is employed by Steven Johnston, was given the award for being the Best Gas, Oil and Renewables Apprentice at the college’s annual prize-giving ceremony on September 26th. The Martin Group, specialists in test instrumentation, supported us in donating an AGP45 gas leak pen as part of Matthew’s prize.
